Terms of Use
Last updated: October 12, 2026. These terms cover your use of President at presidentgame.ca (the "service"), which is operated by NSRS Consulting Corp ("we", "us"). By using it, you agree to them.
The service
President is a free, real-time multiplayer version of the card game President (also called Scum, Kings or Capitalism). You can join a table as a guest, or sign in with Google or Apple to host one. There is no cost to play and nothing to purchase.
Your account
If you sign in, you are responsible for the account tied to your Google or Apple sign-in. You can delete your account at any time from the home screen. What we store and how deletion works is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Play fair. Don't use scripts or automated tools to play for you, don't try to exploit or interfere with the shuffle or scoring, and don't try to disrupt the service for other players, for example by flooding tables or connections. Choose a display name that isn't abusive and doesn't impersonate someone else.
No warranty
President is provided "as is". Games in progress aren't saved across server restarts, and we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove access for accounts or players that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the game changes. Continuing to use President after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about them or about the service will be heard in the courts of Ontario. This doesn't take away any consumer protection that the law of the place where you live gives you and that can't be waived by agreement.
