Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026. This page explains what President (presidentgame.ca) collects when you play, what it is used for, and how to delete it. President has no advertising, no third-party trackers and nothing to buy.

The short version

What we collect

If you play as a guest

If you sign in

When you play

What we don't collect

We don't collect your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone, and we don't record what you type anywhere other than your display name.

Cookies and browser storage

There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who else is involved

How long we keep it

Deleting your account

Sign in, then choose Delete account on the home screen. This removes your account, including your name, email address and profile picture link, immediately.

Matches you played stay in the record so the other players' histories remain complete, but they are detached from your account: your seat is kept only as the display name you played under, the same as a guest's.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address below. We'll answer within 30 days. Deleting your account yourself, as described above, takes effect immediately. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under your local privacy law, such as PIPEDA in Canada, the GDPR in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, or the CCPA/CPRA in California, including the right to complain to your privacy regulator.

Where your information is kept

Our server is in the United States, so your information is stored and processed there.

Children

President is a general-audience card game with no chat. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has signed in, contact us and we'll delete the account.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
